Jay is doing so many things in life right now. He is a great hubby and awesome daddy. I am so lucky to have him. During my pregnancy and after he gained a lot of weight. We were pretty much eating whatever, whenever there for awhile. A couple of weeks ago he said that he had enough and was tired of being uncomfortable and overweight. So he has been working out everyday and eating right. He is really commited and has already lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I can really tell in his face. He is also get more muscular. I am so proud of him! He is really motivating me. Work is going really good for him. I am so glad that he finally found a company that he is happy with and enjoys the people he works with. He actually talks about some of his work friends. He has been working hard to help me finish school. I cant wait until he is able to not work so much overtime. That will happen once I finish school and get a job teaching. He is the only reason I am able to get closer and closer to that goal. He has been helping me study for my spanish tests. I cant stand that class, but it is easier with him helping me. I dont feel like I am missing out so much by having to study.
Cameron Paige is getting so big! She really is coming into her own and has such a great personality. She has learned that in this family you have to be able to laugh at yourself because that is what everyone else will be doing. She is very quick witted and makes me laugh a lot. Its good though that she doesnt take herself or any of us for that matter too seriously. She is definately my little side kick though. It drives her daddy crazy because she is always on my side. It makes me laugh. She is getting out of her shyness(we always knew she really wasnt shy but just told she was by you know who). She is very involved in church and makes friends very easily. She isnt scared of much either. We went to Six Flags last thursday and there isnt a ride that she wont ride. She loves the big roller coasters. Jay and her must have ridden the Flash Back 5 times. My stomach could only handle it twice. We had a lot of fun. We also went to the Mrs. Baird's bakery for a tour. It was neat to see how the bread was made and it tasted very yummy. School starts again soon and Cameron will be in the 4th grade. It is her last year in elementary school and then she will be in intermediate. I cant believe it! It seems like she was just in 1st grade playing a sheep in the school play. Time is flying by. To be honest I am not dreading the teenage years at all. Cameron and I are really close and I think that we will get even closer as time goes by. I hope she continues to talk to me about her life.
Oh Katherine Elise! She is everywhere right now. Yesterday she was sitting in the recliner watching Sesame Street while I was cooking dinner. I was around the corner for 1 minute and I heard her yelling out. I came back in the living room and she was hanging upside down off the side of the recliner. She was stuck and hanging on for dear life. I was laughing so hard that I couldnt even help her and she eventually flipped all the way over. Silly girl! She has some new words, good girl, lets go, mine, kitty, and no. She is learning them so quickly! She really likes to tell me no. Especially when I am trying to get her to eat. She really is a good eater. She doesnt want anything to do with baby food, so she just eats what we are having. So far no allergies to anything and the spices dont even bother her. She is a climber! She isnt afraid of anything and this does worry me a bit. She gets herself into some trouble. She is the light of my life and more than I could ever imagine.
I am doing good too. I have been trying to lose weight for several months now. So far I have lost 22 pounds. I am still about 20 away from my goal. But I already feel so much better about myself. When I was so heavy I felt tired all the time. Now I feel much better and it is easier to play with Katherine.
