Party!

Some friends of mine and ALL of our kids met for a fun day! The kids were wild! It was a lot of fun though.

We hired someone new at the office!

We set her up a little desk and everything. She is always busy stapling and stamping everything in sight! lol.

Jay's cousin is an amazingly talented singer/song writer. We try and go see him every chance we get. We went to this place called, Loose Wheels, in Denison, Texas. It is a really neat place. Just a little far from home.

Kate amazes me!

She is a smart kiddo! She can count to 5, name all her shapes, talk in complete sentences. I don't know how this compares to other kids her age but I am pretty proud of my baby girl!

Happy 27th Birthday to me!!!!

We all went to the Ranger game for my birthday! We met up with my best friend Jeremy and his girlfriend Erin. It was Jeremy's birthday too! It was a blast.

Please let it really be this easy!

The last two nights Kate has told me she needs to go poo poo in time to get to the potty so she can go. I am buying a potty chair for the baby sitters house so that we can work on this all day. She hasn't gone pee in the potty yet but we haven't been reminding her either. I'm going to get serious about it and hope that she is ready and it goes smoothly. She gets excited because when she goes in the potty she gets to wear big girl panties. I can't believe my baby is already about to be out of diapers. :(

Kate's room is finished!

I'm just getting around to posting these pictures. Jay worked really hard and got the flooring done in Kate's room. I think it looks great! All we are going to do now is the crown molding.

Lets Go RANGERS!!!!

We live for the ballgames! Mom and Dad have season tickets so we get a lot of free tickets for the entire family to go. So much fun!

Helping Daddy with the yard!

The girls love to help Jay with yard work! Hey if it keeps me from having to help, I'm all for it!

Happy 4th!

We hung out by the pool and enjoyed our day off. Kate went with Nena and Pop to watch Mamaw play her "baseball" game. She was a hit with all the people there. Mamaw is doing great at this new place she is living. She is really active in everything they have going on there. She has made lots of friends and really seems to enjoy living there.

VBS 2008

Both girls went to Vacation Bible School at Shawn and Jennifer's church this summer. I was not surprised to hear that Kate completely stole the show! They both won some awards. Kate got perfect attendance and the Love award. Cameron got perfect attendance, memory verse, and the Giving award. They were pretty proud. Shane and Hannah Jade were both there too. Hannah and Jennifer helped teach.
