Please let it really be this easy!

The last two nights Kate has told me she needs to go poo poo in time to get to the potty so she can go. I am buying a potty chair for the baby sitters house so that we can work on this all day. She hasn't gone pee in the potty yet but we haven't been reminding her either. I'm going to get serious about it and hope that she is ready and it goes smoothly. She gets excited because when she goes in the potty she gets to wear big girl panties. I can't believe my baby is already about to be out of diapers. :(
