Jay and I are on diets...AGAIN! But this time we are working out too. It has been almost two months and we are still doing good. I convinced Nena to join the gym with us and we have been really good about going at least 4 times a week and sometimes 5 or 6. Jay is doing great and losing weight fast. When he works late and misses a workout he gets up at 5:00AM the next morning to make it up, talk about commitment. I have not lost once ounce...yet. I can tell it in the way my clothes fit and my body. So that is what I am looking for. I hope we keep it up.
